Coping, Tiles and Stones
The pool coping, tile and stones can loosen or fall off over time due to moisture finding its way underneath them. We can remove, clean and reset them to keep the pool looking good and provide more safety as loose pieces can be a hazard. When requested, we will inspect all areas of the pool to locate areas in need of repair. We repair pool tile grout and coping mortar as well.
Deck-O-Seal and Cool Deck
The joints in the pool deck and where the coping meets the pool are known for expansion. These joints are typically filled with Deck-O-Seal which cracks over time allowing moisture in. We remove and replace the Deck-O-Seal for optimal performance. Cool Deck is a topical application that provides additional texture to prevent slipping and actually provides a cooler feel for bare feet. Cool Deck can decrease the temperature of the deck by up to 38%.
Drain and Clean
While not typical, sometimes a pool may just need to be drained and cleaned. This service includes draining the pool, cleaning, power washing and removing all debris, cleaning the pool filter, and refilling the pool from the Clients water source. Afterwards, all new chemicals will need to be added to balance the pool water so it is safe to swim in again. Never Drain the pool and leave it empty, call a professional to avoid potentially serious issues if your pool needs draining.
Green to Clean
There are many reasons why a pool could be green for an extended period of time. If this happens, it is best to have a professional bring the pool back to life. Our service includes up to 3 visits to balance chemicals, brush and remove debris, clean the filter and make sure the pool is returning to a clear blue properly functioning pool for a healthy swimming experience.
